Steinway L - restring , new hammers , action and dampers.

Hi Tom,

I left you a phone message, but I'm afraid it was cut off before I finished (not sure exactly how much of it did you get). So I just want you to know I'm very very happy with the work you did; it looks great - just like a brand new piano (on the inside at least...); the touch/action is wonderful, not too hard and just the way I like it (actually similar to the way it was, only better!); the tone is lovely - I was afraid it might be very different from the original, perhaps more harsh & too bright, but I find it sweet and 'round', again rather similar in quality to the way it was. BUT, the nicest surprise is hearing the voicing/regulation SO even throughout the entire range from the lowest to the highest octave! That is such a pleasure, and what an improvement over the way it used to be!

Anyway, thank you SO MUCH, Tom, for all the work you've put into this! I am forever grateful!!!!!!
